This is Lincoln. He was born a very very sick little boy. But thanks to the miracle of a heart transplant, Lincoln is doing GREAT! He's back in his very own home now with his mom and dad. Please keep him in your prayers as he works on staying strong and healthy. Pray especially that his body will continue to accept his new heart.
